This is truly the best version available online,
but there are a few minor details that need correcting.
The Ab chords should all be Ab dimished 7 chords,
not just Ab major, and the B at the end of second
verse (on the word "new") should be a B diminished,
not B Major. (The B chord in the walk-up though is
correct as a B Major chord).
Don't forget to make the changes after the modulation
to B Major last time (so the A should be
A diminished 7, etc.).
