No, it is not capo'd. Play around with the way you strum the song, you'll catch on it I'm sure.

It sounds to me he is playing it in the Key of C. By putting Capo on 3 and playing A E D E throughout the song will make it sound the same as the CD. Replace the A with F#m7 on the second and fourth line of the chorus.
