Rascal Flatts - It's Not Just Me

By axehappy - axehappy at countrytabs.com

Play this with a capo on 1st fret.
All chord names and shapes are relative to position of capo.
Real chord names are in square brackets below.

Not really too sure about this one....use it as a guide.
Nearly all the chords in this song are piano, so its pretty tough to get
all of them exactly on guitar.
What I've written here isn't far off though.

A (Bb) = x02220 A/Db (Bb/D) = x42220

D (Eb) = xx0232 D/F# (Eb/G) = 200232

E (F) = 022100 A/E (Bb/F) = 002220

Bm (Cm) = x24432 F#m (Gm) = 244222

Amaj7 (Bbmaj7) = x02120 F (F#) = 133211

G (Ab) = 320003 C (Db) = x32010

Am (Bbm) = x02210 G/B (Ab/C) = x20003

Am7 (Bbm7) = x02010 C/G (Db/Ab) = 332010

E/Ab (F/A) = 422100 A/F# (Bb/G) = 2x2220

F/A (F#/Bb) = x03211

INTRO

A D A/E
Tell me you’ve had trouble sleeping,
E A/Db D A/Db
That you toss and turn from side to side.
Bm F#m
That it’s my face you’ve been seeing
                  E D/F#
In your dreams at night

Amaj7 D/F# A/E
Tell me that you wake up crying,
E A/Db D A/Db
And you’re not sure exactly why.
Bm Fm
Tell me that something is missing
        E D/F# F G
In your life, in your life baby:

C F G C
Tell me that you live for love,
        F G Am
That forever is never enough.
            G/B Am7
That you’ve waited all your life to see
         C/G F
That you want so badly to believe.
C F G E/Ab A A/F# A/E D/F# E
Tell me that it’s not just me

A D/F# A/E
I could have sworn I saw you smile at me,
E A/Db D
 Standing in the pouring rain.
Bm F#m
At a loss for words and running out of time,
            E D/F# F G
I said this crazy thing (crazy thing), I said:

C F G C
Tell me that you live for love,
        F G Am
That forever is never enough.
            G/B Am7
That you’ve waited all your life to see
         C/G F
That you want so badly to believe.
C F G E/Ab A
Tell me that it’s not just me.

INSTRUMENTAL

E Am G C
Hold me now and tell me that you do believe
     G F
In a soul, a soul mate
           G Am G
And tell me, and tell me, tell me, tell me.

C F G C
Tell me that you live for love,
        F G Am

I played this while the song was playing on my Real One Player and the
chords match almost perfectly. When it's played on guitar, not as many
chord changes are needed but they still fit. I only used a C chord in
replace of C/G, but maybe I'm wrong about that one. Otherwise, this is
good.
