sorry to be a little bit of a stickler, but i talked to clayton landua himself, the lead singer for 6MB and the chord progression for the song is G-Cadd9-D-C Cadd9-x32033 -treyjohnston | 3/29/2011 | Sorry to be a bit of a smartass, but they're the same f**king thing. -txmusicplyr | 3/29/2011 | not really
C Cadd9 ex ex a3 a3 d2 d2 g0 g0 b1 b3 E0 E3 -treyjohnston | 5/30/2011 | Yes I am aware they are 2 different chords...thanks. I did not mean they are LITERALLY the same thing...but they are generally interchangeable, especially on simple G,C,D songs like this, depending on the player. It's all about preference. Sometimes Cadd9 is easier to newer players who use the G chord that is actually a Gadd9. If the player is using the actual G chord, then C is easier to go to. But still, it doesn't matter, they are close enough to each other that they'll work either way. -txmusicplyr | 5/30/2011 |
