great song and nice tab. your version is one octave higher than the one I posted but pretty much all the same notes, sounds good with one guitar playing one octave and another playing a different octave and another guitar playing rhythm. good job!

The vibrato on the open G string is easier to play on the 5th fret of the D string, but I like what you've got.
