Small Town Girl
By Steve Wariner

Capo 3 (Key Of F)

D G D
Cold city like the ice in the subway station
D G D
It's ten stories to my desk in the smoggy sky
          Em Bm
But after five, I'm headed home to heaven
G
To an easy world
            G F#m A D
There ain't nothin like the love of a small town girl

Hot coffee and the sound of her sweet voice callin
Country station on the kitchen radio
That's how I know theres still a little magic in this crazy world
There ain't nothin like the love of a small town girl

Bridge:
F#m G D Bm
She makes love to me in real close two part harmony
F#m G Em A D
She makes the city feel like walks in the cool country rain

No traffic and the sound of the street is quiet...
Fifth avenue is dressed in a coat of snow
No where to go but underneath the covers
Lovers while the snowflakes blow

There ain't nothin like the love of a small town girl
There ain't nothin like the love of a small town girl

Thanks for tabbing this. I had part, but could never quite get it.
This is one of my favorite Wariner songs!

I have tried these chords and they're just too high. I have scoured! the web looking for this songs' tab, I cannot locate them anywhere.
Is there another chord set that will sound more like the way this tune sounds on the greatest hits album? I sure like it -one of my fav's

thanks!
