hey bud lyric corrections , its will faulkner not will farmer as in William Faulkner nobel prize winning author , "will faulkner wrote it " and its gold cross not goat cross , -bellaandscrappy | 9/22/2009 | oh nd its billy graham as in the pastor not billy graves , thats my uncle -bellaandscrappy | 9/22/2009 | Hi, bellaandscrappy! thans a lot for you suggestions. I scrapped my errors through. Regard to your uncle, please. -Koichi Kondo | 9/23/2009 | just have to add a lyrics correction: it is Apalachicola, A city in Florida. -doranmj | 9/23/2009 | The line is: Don't let this old gold cross or this "XYZ" t-shirt throw ya -crcrcrcr | 11/23/2009 | Hi guys!
Thanks for all of your comments. I edited them all. -Koichi Kondo | 11/23/2009 | this works...but tim but it is actually played in A,D, and E. but you may be tuned different than me. thanks -bamacd | 12/24/2009 | With a CAPO on the 2nd fret, the Key is A. Just like Tim plays it. Great tab! -WildCard76 | 1/13/2010 | why use a capo if you dont really need it? -Juco333 | 2/19/2010 | It's just easier for me to play the key in G than A. -Koichi Kondo | 2/19/2010 | Good song and good job on the chords. I prefer to play without a capo in A, but whatever. You have the right notes, you just get to them in a different way.
And as a side note, it's nice to see Tim McGraw doing COUNTRY music again. A lot of his stuff is too pop for my taste. -tpmadden | 5/2/2010 | Bob DiPiero wrote this song and he plays it in G....just G-C-D...see his youtube video...its the best version -jmccarthy59 | 3/8/2015 |
