Really great tab. Could you just please show the D/F#-Bm and especially the G/F#. Thanks! -DJ_Smith | 5/18/2005 |
No problem. The chord links will probably be up here pretty soon, but I'll go ahead and post those chords.
D/F#: 2x0232 G/F#: 220033
The hyphen in the D/F#-Bm just means that, as you sing that word, go from D/F# to Bm (x24432).
Hope that helps. -twizzle05 | 5/18/2005 |

Hey country friend , make a comment , Capo 1 and Capo 2 are the wrong titles.
Capo 1 should be G=G# A=A# D=D# E=F etc

The chords on the left are relative to THIS tab. You're right--a G with a capo on I is in fact a G# chord. However, the G I'm referring to is the G with the capo on III. This is actually a Bb chord. To play a Bb chord with a capo on I, you play an A. To play a Bb with a capo on II, you'd need to play a G#. -twizzle05 | 12/13/2005 |
It sound just right! -verysmartguy | 1/20/2006 |
There's just something that I can't stand about the G/F#. And I don't just mean in this song. I hate that chord. It sounds like a dying cat scatching a blackboard. OK, maybe not that bad, but I still don't like that chord.
Don't get me wrong. I am no way complaining about your work. You did great. I just can't stand that chord so I skip over it. -tpmadden | 4/28/2009 |
