Sorry if everything isn't lines up perfect. 
9^(11)9 = 9 (bend up up to the 11th fret) and return to the 9th.

This is actually a harmonizing guitar part done with two guitars but it can easily 
be done with only one and still sound great. I play it like this every week with my 
band, and we take the capo off and play it 
in D. www.west51music.com (that's right, that's a plug ha!!)
 

This should be pretty spot on with the exception a few minor things (the ending of the 
lick may not be exact). But, this easily get's you in the ball park, and hopefully close 
enough to figure some of it out on your own. Hope this helps.
