Wade Bowen - Somewhere Beautiful (with Sean McConnell)
Capo 3

Great song, great song writer... here you have it.. Check the attached video

Gadd9, D/F#, Em, Cadd9, Gadd9, D/F#, Cadd9

         Gadd9
Looking down at the strip from my hotel room
D/F# Cadd9
must be a full moon 'cause they're all out tonight
          Gadd9
All the insecure boys and their muscle cars
D/F# Cadd9
young girls in push-up bras under neon lights
D/F# Cadd9
They come here for freedom, freedom from anything
    D/F# Cadd9
For miles and miles down this road, you can hear them sing
      D/F# Cadd9
with their voices, their engines, and their pounding radios
  D/F# Cadd9
seems like 'round here, no one knows...

Chorus:
        Gadd9 D/F#
No one knows that there's more
              Am Cadd9
beyond these dead skies and these filthy streets.
         Gadd9 D/F#
Take my hand, let me pull you
            Am (walk up) cadd9
out of the blindness of your weary soul
              Gadd9 D/F# Em Cadd9
to somewhere beautiful...somewhere beautiful.

         Gadd9
Is there any way to learn from what you've been told
D/F# Cadd9
do you really have to hold the experience
                  Gadd9
'Cause you could heed me now and come out clean
D/F# Cadd9
Trust me I could spare you the consequence
    D/F# Cadd9
But I can tell by your eyes, there ain't no getting through
              D/F# Cadd9
'Cause you're helping and doing exactly what you gotta do
   D/F# Cadd9
So welcome to a long line of sinners and saints
   D/F# Cadd9
Is there anyone out there who aint

Chorus
          Gadd9 D/F#
Don't you know, that there's more
              Am Cadd9
beyond these dead skies and these filthy streets.
         Gadd9 D/F#
Take my hand, let me pull you
            Am (walk up) Cadd9
out of the blindness of your weary soul
              Gadd9 D/F# Em Cadd9
to somewhere beautiful...somewhere beautiful.

          Gadd9 D/F#
Don't you know, that there's more
              Am Cadd9
beyond these dead skies and these filthy streets.
         Gadd9 D/F#
Take my hand, let me pull you
            Am (walk up) Cadd9
out of the blindness of your weary soul
              Gadd9 D/F# Em Cadd9
to somewhere beautiful...somewhere beautiful.
              Gadd9 D/F# Em Cadd9
...somewhere beautiful...somewhere beautiful

I think that you have your capo too high. Capo should be on the 1st fret if you want to play it in the same key as the recording.

Yeah, when Wade plays this live its capo'd on the first fret and when Sean plays it he capo's at the fourth...

Sean McConnell plays it on Capo 3 live... if you watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpM5bWpPwC0 it's capod on 4, but, his guitar is tuned half a step down. As for Wade's version, yes, Capo 1 is correct, same chords.
