Intro:
A A/Ab F#m E D A/Db Bm A E D A/Db Bm A D A E
Verse 1:
A A/Ab F#m E
We skipped the light fandango
D A/Db Bm A
and turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
E D A/Db Bm
I was feeling kind of sea sick
A A/Ab F#m E
but the crowd called out for more
D A/Db Bm A
the room was humming harder
E D A/Db Bm
As the ceiling flew away
A A/Ab F#m E
When we called out for another drink
D A/Db Bm E
the waiter brought a tray
Chorus:
A A/Ab F#m E
And so it was that later
D A/Db Bm A
As the miller told his tale
E D A/Db Bm
That her face at first just ghostly
A D A E
Turned a whiter shade of pale
