Capo on II (actual chords are up one step)
All chords are standard

A D
I lived in a place called Okfuskee
                                   A
and I had a little girl in a holler tree
                                   D
I said, little girl, it's plain to see,
                                      A
there ain't nobody that can sing like me
A* F#m
there ain't nobody that can sing like me

        A D
She said it's hard for me to see
                            A
how one little boy got so ugly
                                 D
Yes, my little girly, that might be,
                                          A
but there ain't nobody that can sing like me
                         A* F#m
Ain't nobody that can sing like me,

                             A
way over yonder in the minor key
                       A* A
way over yonder in the minor key
                         A* F#m
There ain't nobody that can sing like me

A D
We walked down by the Buckeye Creek
                                   A
to see the frog eat the goggle eye bee
                                      D
To hear the west wind whistle to the east,
                                       A
there ain't nobody that can sing like me
                            A* F#m
there ain't nobody that can sing like me

              A D
Oh my little girly will you let me see,
                                      A
way over yonder where the wind blows free
                              D
Nobody can see in our holler tree
                                          A
and there ain't nobody that can sing like me
                                 A* F#m
and there ain't nobody that can sing like me

---------------------------------
CHORUS (X2 2nd time w/o words)
---------------------------------

                                      D
Her mama cut a switch from a cherry tree
                           A
and laid it on the she and me,
                                    D
it stung lots worse than a hive of bees
                                         A
but there ain't nobody that can sing like me
                       A* F#m
ain't nobody that can sing like me

                               D
Now I have walked a long long ways
                                        A
and I still look back to my tanglewood days
                                       D
I've led lots of girls since then to stray
                                        A
saying, ain't nobody that can sing like me
                       A* F#m
ain't nobody that can sing like me

does anyone know the tabs to this?
I would really like to find them.
Bluegrass guitar is amazing. With
the intro to this song sounding almost
as amazing as Tony Rice. However
No one will ever be able to out pick
him! :-D MAYBE Ricky Scaggs...He is
the closest!
