Interesting tab, I did a video lesson that's on this site for how I play the intro, I play it pretty close to this, but not exact. Chords are different, but I know that he uses barre chords in his performances, I just play G, C, D progression and some added fills.

I don't know about "one hit wonder" but I don't think they'll have the staying power. It's sadly happening to a lot of people in country radio, like Josh Turner. He's kinda getting the shaft amid country radio play. But ZBB probably won't be around past the next few radio releases. But who knows

The tuning is incorrectly identified. This isn't 1/2 step down. Last time I checked 1/2 step down would be Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb

D# is Eb. Same note. It can be identified either way.
