Just a note. Before these tabs were lost it was noted that Zac tunes all of his guitars down 1/2 a step by his guitar tech "Chris Icaton" (I think). That's for those of you wanting to sound like the recorded versions -hip_5089 | 5/14/2008 |
to play the album version capo on 2 and its A D A E. -gmb2006 | 10/4/2008 |
the spanish in the chorus is "Adios and vaya con dios" it means good bye and go with god -dbristow | 10/13/2008 |
Great tab. It does sound good a 1/2 step down, and personally, in the pre chorus, instead of the first G i play a G7 (320001) to make it sound a little more country. And i know others have mentioned that on the album he plays it 1/2 step down, capo 2 A, but i like it in C (1/2 step down B) better, it's something to consider if you don't wanna play it like everyone else. It's just a preference though, play it as you wish. -joekool | 2/12/2009 |
Instead of capoing 2nd fret and tuning half step down....can't you just capo on the first fret? Did I misunderstand something? Good job on tabs....thanks... -guitonit | 9/4/2009 |
He's not saying he's "leaving GA"..... He's saying he's leaving TA...as in Tiajuana, Mexico. Tequila, Senoritas, deniero? c'mon... -strat0ma5ter | 12/12/2009 |
He does in fact say "leaving GA." referring to his home in Dahlonega, Ga. The abreviation for Tijuana is TJ. -Telefan67 | 12/12/2009 |
