here is a version of this song with out a capo (Justin doesn't use one
when he plays this song) (I just added a clip of me playing this
song if you want to take a listen)

intro: D, G, A, D, A
                    D
You got your million bucks
                         G
You got your flashy sports car
                    A
You got your trophy girls
                      D A
Man you think you're a star

You got your teeth bleached
You like to play the rich game
Yeah you think you're a cowboy
The new jesse james

chorus
                    D
But I could kick your ass
                 G
I could jack your jaw
                       A
Put you flat in the dirt boy
              D A
Yeah id have a ball
                   D
So go ahead and act tough
                   G
Like your John Wayne's son
                   A
But things can change fast
             D A
I can kick your ass

Tried to steal my girl
Better bring your big friends
Another one or two
Cause your gonna need them
You're a little to small
To be calling me names
Im bout to knock that smirky little grin
Right off of your face

I can kick your ass
I could jack your jaw
Put you flat in the dirt boy
Yeah id have a ball
So go ahead and act tough
Like your John Wayne's son
But things can change fast
I can kick your ass

:: Oh how about it boy::
outro D,G,A,D,A

Hope it is up to speck, this is my first one. comments/suggestions appreciated :-)

Check out the video on YouTube. Your version is right on the money.

I'm the one who did the other version. I did it with the capo 4 because he sings it so high. When I play it, I just slide the capo to 2 but still play the other chord progression.

He plays the D G A with his guitar tuned down 1/2 step.

its def tuned down 1/2 step like most of his other songs.
