Does anyone wanna tell me what a pinch harmonic is compared to a regular harmonic.

Natural harmonics are not fretted; they are played on an open string while the left hand lightly touches a string in a "sweet spot", i.e. 12th fret NH, 5th, 7th, 9th, and others that get a little more complicated that you find with experience.

Pinched harmonics or Artificial Harmonics are fretted by the left hand and played by holding the pick at an angle and first striking the string with the pick, then immediately after (nearly at the same time as striking the string) the side of your thumb hits the string in a "sweet spot", but this time, instead of being over a fret, it's somewhere by the pickups. You also learn where these are relative to the fret you are hitting by experience.

Anything you can google up will probably help you out more than I can :)
