Capo 2nd fret as in palamino chord version (which is correct). 
All fingerings are relative to capo at 2nd. This can be 
played without capo, but is it is easier this way because 
you can play the intro and go right into the chords. Plus 
if you don't play it totally clean on the slides it doesn't 
sound too bad with the capo on, but does without.
